From three floors of housing to the roof on it. How fast it is going with the construction of the 1st Woonstaete Woonvilla premium in Geleen. Today we reached a beautiful milestone: the roof is on! With this, Koopmans Bouwgroep has reached the highest point for this project in the south of our country.

Construction of the 1st Woonstaete Residential Villa in Geleen is proceeding at breakneck speed. A week ago, Koopmans Bouwgroep placed the first residential floor here; meanwhile, the third and final residential floor has already been placed.

Construction of the first Woonstaete Woonvilla premium in Geleen (municipality of Sittard-Geleen) is moving fast. It is the end of October and the first residential floor is now in place.

The 1st Woonstaete Premium project in Geleen (municipality of Sittard-Geleen) is really starting to take shape. Koopmans Bouwgroep, the exclusive construction partner of Woonstaete, has now almost finished laying the foundation with hollow-core slab floors for the 1st Woonstaete Woonvilla Premium.

In Warmenhuizen, together with the municipality, we are taking an important step toward more affordable and sustainable housing. On the Dergmeerweg, Woonstaete is building two residential villas with a total of 40 apartments: 32 social rental apartments and 8 mid-rent apartments.

Aalten project gets attention in municipal publication

In Aalten, we are working on something new - and it is not going unnoticed. On Nijverheidsweg, together with Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling and the municipality of Aalten, we are developing a green, varied residential neighborhood with 64 sustainable homes and apartments. The plan provides housing for starters, families and seniors, and is being realized on the site of a former retail and business location.

The finishing work on the Woonstaete Woonvilla in Zutphen is in full swing! The building is firmly in place, finishing inside has started and the outside area is also starting to look beautiful. In short, everything indicates that we are nicely on track towards the completion we are so looking forward to!

INFORMATION EVENING AALTEN - INVOLVEMENT & INTEREST

On May 14, together with the municipality of Aalten, Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling and B+O architects, we organized an information evening about the proposed development of approximately 64 homes in the village. Local residents, interested parties and potential residents came to the meeting in large numbers. The discussions were substantive, open and constructive — exactly the way we like to see it.

PROGRESS UPDATE: BAKHUIZEN HOUSING PROJECT

We are happy to share that the welcoming agreement for the 10 houses in Bakhuizen has been reached! This is an important step forward in the realization of this beautiful residential project. Indeed, this agreement means that the design of the houses has been approved by the municipality, so that it fits within the aesthetic and architectural guidelines of the area. The plan is to build 10 ground-level homes, including 8 back-to-back and one semi-detached house.

The Residential Villa in Zutphen is nearing completion! We are currently in the finishing phase and the final result is getting closer and closer. The exterior of the Woonvilla is now completely finished and looks beautiful, as can be seen in the photo below.

The Woonstaete Woonvilla in Zutphen is getting closer and closer to completion! In the photo below you can see the first façade finish of the Woonvilla, with which the exterior is taking more and more shape. In the finishing phase, everything will be neatly tidied up, so that the Woonvilla is not only sustainable and affordable, but also looks stylish - both inside and out.

Construction update: Zupthen residential villa

The attached photo shows that - even with the dreary weather - we are making good progress on the Woonstaete Residential Villa in Zutphen. The roof is now on and both the ground and second floors are glass-tight. Next week we will continue with finishing the Isoniq eaves, recesses and anchor work. In the coming week, all the window frames and glass will be finally installed. Also then the roofer will start his work.

Construction of the Woonstaete Woonvilla in Zutphen is underway!

It's official! Thanks to fine cooperation with the Municipality of Zutphen, the permit application for the Woonstaete Woonvilla is complete. The first shovel went into the ground in early September, marking the start of the realization of this beautiful new Woonvilla. The 24 studios are expected to be completed in March 2025 and soon after that the future residents can move in.
