The plans are in the preparation phase. Participation with local residents and stakeholders is in full swing, and the urban development plan will be further elaborated in the coming period. The joint ambition is clear: accelerate where possible, without making concessions on quality or affordability.
The fact that the project has now also been included in the municipal publication Building for Tomorrow shows that this approach is seen and supported. For us this is confirmation that housing construction is not only about technology or regulations, but especially about cooperation, support and predictability.
