This development marks the beginning of a new, green residential area in Warmenhuizen. The residential buildings will be realized in steel frame construction - a construction method that combines speed, durability and predictable quality. This allows us to realize affordable housing without making concessions on style or comfort.
The Schagen City Council approved the zoning plan on Sept. 23. This marks an important milestone toward the start of construction, scheduled for early 2026.
In the coming period, we will work with Pro Real Estate Development and local partners to further develop the plan and prepare the environmental permit.
