This Woonvilla studio variant is the place to live for students, starters and Young Professionals. The Municipality of Zutphen has long been concerned with meeting the housing needs of this target group. Thus, this housing project not only meets the growing need for affordable, sustainable and stylish living, but also provides a concrete answer to the current housing needs of the people of Zutphen.
The Municipality of Zutphen has granted as much as €300,000, from the Startbuilding Impulse, to contribute to this housing project. Without this building subsidy, the realization of this housing project would not be possible. So together we are making sustainable and stylish living for social housing possible. Alderman Jasper Bloem says:
"Increased construction material and labor costs have made it increasingly difficult to keep new construction affordable. Yet the need for affordable housing in our community remains high. One solution is building smaller homes or modular construction. Woonstaete's Woonvilla is just such a solution; 24 stylish studios, which can also be realized quickly. In addition, the amount from the Housing Impulse ensures that the homes become truly affordable.
