From design to realization: Woonstaete has been working with a number of established partners for many years.

B+O Architecture and Urbanism is a challenging, entrepreneurial and multidisciplinary architectural firm with extensive expertise within the various disciplines of architecture. B+O has been a professional party for many years and are distinctive in the field. They continuously develop innovative concepts that serve the context. This means that B+O always takes the context as a starting point and provides interpretation within the set frameworks. They therefore stand for contextual architecture: multifaceted, powerful, extremely diverse and cannot be captured in one style form. The project portfolio ranges from private and social housing to redevelopment assignments and large-scale care and retail projects.

AKOR Bouw realizes construction projects in the areas of living, working and shopping, both in the Netherlands and internationally. This involves not only expert construction, but also thinking along in (sustainable) solutions and planning. AKOR Group builds for companies, retail organizations, governments and private individuals. And thus for Woonstaete. As a regular construction partner, they are responsible for the realization of all of our residential villas.

M-Frame is a manufacturer of steel frame building structures and the permanent cooperation partner when it comes to the steel frame structures for the Woonstaete Residential Villas. Originally, M-Frame was part of the DNN Group, a professional and innovative roofing organization that employs more than 40 professionals and has been active in the roofing and construction industry for over 40 years. After the relocation in 2018 of the steel frame construction department to a more spacious production location in Zwartemeer, it was decided, with an eye to the future and increasing growth, to transfer the various business activities into two independent companies. With their own face and name, but still working from a strong family base where good cooperation is paramount.

Eve is a long-standing partner of Woonstaete in the development and implementation of our
housing projects. As an experienced construction and development partner, Eve combines technical
expertise, execution capabilities, and process reliability into a single approach.

Thanks to this close collaboration, we can prepare projects efficiently, keep risks
under control, and deliver on the quality we promise. Eve gets involved early on
in the development process and contributes to predictable planning, clear costs, and a smooth construction process.

In this way, we strengthen each other in the realization of affordable, sustainable, and future-proof
living environments.

WBS Real Estate is an experienced real estate consulting and brokerage firm with nationwide coverage. As part of the WS Group, they combine extensive market knowledge with a personalized approach. For Woonstaete, they provide commercial support, including the sale and leasing of our residential projects.
