The Woonvilla houses 24 energy-efficient studios for starters and young professionals. During the viewing day, visitors were not only able to get acquainted with the layout and finishes, but also with the calm, modern look of the building and the immediate living environment.
The homes are largely complete. Final work is currently being completed, including landscaping of the surrounding grounds. Delivery to tenants is scheduled for July 1, 2025.
