NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL DATABASE CONFIRMS STRENGTH OF STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION

At Woonstaete we have always believed in the power of steel frame construction. πŸ—οΈ From the moment that founder Pieter Sybrandy designed the Woonvilla, it was clear: sustainable, affordable and stylish living really is possible with steel frame. And now, with the recognition of the National Environmental Database, this idea is further confirmed. Because, indeed, steel frame Γs more sustainable than timber frame construction! 🌱

After thorough research, the National Environmental Database has confirmed that steel frame construction has significantly less environmental impact than wood frame construction. This is based on life cycle assessments (LCA) that compare the environmental impact of different building systems. The research shows that steel framing produces far less carbon emissions and has a longer lifespan, making it a highly sustainable choice for the future of the construction industry. πŸ“ŠπŸŒ

Since 2015, we have been developing various residential concepts at Woonstaete, always based on the same core values: sustainable, affordable and stylish living. Whether it is a Woonvilla, care apartments or a semi-detached house, we focus on innovative, prefabricated building systems. Our well-known Woonvilla is always realized in steel frame, and that makes a difference. 🏑✨

It is great to see that the National Environmental Database now acknowledges what we have known all along. A wonderful affirmation in the pursuit of a sustainable future and a step forward toward even more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly homes. πŸ’š

Affordable, sustainable and stylish living. That's Woonstaete. πŸ™Œ
