Woonvilla Zutphen: speed and quality united
The Woonvilla Zutphen consists of 24 energy-efficient studios for starters and young professionals. Thanks to our prefab steel frame construction and short internal decision lines, we were able to develop and realize the project within a short period of time. The homes were completed on July 1, 2025. It shows that speed and quality in housing construction go together just fine, as long as you choose an approach that focuses on predictability, cooperation and standardization.
