Woonstaete's first project in Geleen (municipality of Sittard-Geleen) is a first in steel frame construction; it is the first time this building system has been used in stacked construction. Steel frame is a very sustainable way of building and the construction process is also super fast.

Thus, a unique way of building and also completely recyclable. The prefabrication of the Woonstaete Residential Villas takes place in DNN Group's factory.
The shell for the 1st Woonstaete Woonvilla is ready to be transported to Geleen soon, where we are scheduled to deliver the 1st Woonvilla in February. In the meantime, DNN's factory is hard at work manufacturing the steel frame casco for Woonvilla number two.

Steel frame structures: more durable and cheaper
