The Woonstaete Residential Villa consists of a stairwell with halls, around which the different types of apartements are positioned. These apartements vary from studio's to 1- or 2-bedroom apartments. All consist of a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom and a storage room. In addition, the larger apartments each have a loggia.

Each living area of the Woonstaete Residential Villa is provided with comfortable underfloor heating or cooling, a cement screed and wall and ceiling finishes. The solar control insulating glass and the heat recovery ventilation system ensure a pleasant living climate. The Woonstaete Residential Villas can be developed in various architectural styles, depending on location, urban planning principles and local image quality plan.

Whereas the Woonstaete Residential Villa is always realized by using steel frame constructions, the Woonstaete Ground-level Homes can also be built using other prefabricated building systems. The choice for the right building system depends on the type of dwelling and the market opportunities at time of construction. Still, we always keep an eye on the most affordable, sustainable and stylish solution.

Whatever building system we might choose, we always ensure our Woonstaete Ground-level Homes are realized with prefabricated elements. In this manner, also for the Ground-level Homes we underwrite not only sustainable but also flexible constructions, while significantly reducing completion time. 

With the eye on further cost- and timesavings, it is possible to build based on a standardized shell; having a basic layout for the ground-floor. Variation can easily be reflected in different kind of roofshapes or number of floors. In the Woonstaete Ground-level Homes we distinguish between the back-to-back and row-house types. The lifelong housing, semi-detached and detached housing types are currently under development.
