All of our housing concepts are developed in the Woonstaete style and are always based on a prefabricated construction system. Woonstaete apartments are always built using a steel frame. Woonstaete single-family homes may also be built using other prefabricated construction systems, depending on the home type and market conditions at the time of construction. Woonstaete housing concepts come in various forms, ranging from apartments in different layouts to a variety of single-family homes.

The Woonstaete Apartments

a broad range of variety

The layout of the Woonstaete apartments centers around a stairwell with hallways, with apartments of various sizes arranged around it. The units range from studios to 1- or 2-bedroom apartments, each featuring a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, and a storage room. The larger apartments each feature a loggia.

Every living space in a Woonstaete apartment is equipped as standard with comfortable underfloor heating or cooling, a cement screed floor, and finished walls and ceilings. The sun-protective insulated glass and the heat-recovery ventilation system ensure a pleasant living environment. Depending on the location, urban planning principles, and local visual quality plan, Woonstaete apartments can be developed in various architectural styles.

While Woonstaete apartments are typically built using a steel-frame construction, Woonstaete single-family homes can also be constructed using other prefabricated building systems. The choice of the right construction system depends on the housing type and market conditions at the time of construction, but always with a focus on affordable, sustainable, and stylish living. Because Woonstaete’s single-family homes are typically constructed from prefabricated elements, this ensures sustainable and flexible construction for these housing types as well, while also significantly reducing construction time.

To further save on costs and time, construction can be based on a single shell with a standard layout for the ground floor. Variation is achieved through different roof styles and the number of stories. Woonstaete homes consist of back-to-back and row house types. Additionally, lifetime-ready homes, semi-detached homes, and single-family homes are currently under development.
