foundation with hollow-core slabs

The 1st Woonstaete Premium project in Geleen (municipality of Sittard-Geleen) is really starting to take shape. Koopmans Bouwgroep, the exclusive construction partner of Woonstaete, has now almost finished laying the foundation with hollow-core slab floors for the 1st Woonstaete Woonvilla Premium.

Meanwhile, at DNN Group's factory in Emmen, they are busy manufacturing the steel frame casco for the next Woonstaete Woonvilla. The completion of the 1st Woonvilla is scheduled for February 2019. The 2nd Woonvilla will follow at the end of March/April.

Steel frame structures: more durable and cheaper
