Woonstaete

In the quiet and green village of Noordwolde, work is underway on the development of a new residential project that blends in carefully with the character of this rural village. The surroundings and the village scale form the starting point for a plan in which comfort, quality of life, and future-proofing are central. As usual with Woonstaete, this project is also being developed according to our standard: affordable, sustainable, and stylish living. In close consultation with the municipality, we are currently in discussions to further shape the project in line with the location and local housing needs. In doing so, we strive to create homes that contribute to a pleasant living environment, with an eye for quality, sustainability, and the daily living pleasure of future residents.
