In Aalten, Woonstaete is developing a diverse housing project featuring both apartments and single-family homes. By deliberately offering a range of unit sizes, the project creates a neighborhood that accommodates a variety of housing needs and life stages. The plan consists of apartments of approximately 35, 45, and 65^m², suitable for first-time buyers, singles, and smaller households seeking comfortable and affordable living. In addition, we are developing single-family homes ranging from approximately 65 to 160^m². These homes offer more space and flexibility and are ideal for households seeking extra comfort and future-proofing. This mix creates a balanced living environment with room for mobility, diversity, and long-term residential enjoyment. In this way, we are building a neighborhood in Aalten that grows with its residents, both today and in the future.
