Woonstaete

In Doetinchem, work is underway on the development of a new Woonstaete Woonvilla, specifically aimed at students, first-time buyers, and young professionals. The project is based on the idea of independent living, combined with comfort and shared facilities that contribute to a pleasant living environment. As usual with Woonstaete, this project is also being developed according to our standard: affordable, sustainable, and stylish living. In close consultation with the municipality, we are in talks to further shape the plan, carefully considering what suits the location, the target group, and local housing needs. The focus is on creating future-proof homes, with a good balance between privacy, community, and quality of life. As with previous Woonvilla projects, experience, predictability, and attention to quality of life form the basis here too.
