On the north side of Emmen, at a prominent location directly on the N34, Woonstaete is developing a new residential area that literally and figuratively forms the gateway to the city. The site, with an area of approximately 7,000 m², is situated at a prominent sight location and offers space for a special housing plan that fits perfectly within the green and open landscape of Drenthe. Together with B+O Architectuur en Stedenbouw, Woonstaete is working on an urban development plan in which the residential buildings will be distributed naturally across the site.
