Woonstaete

On the north side of Emmen, in a prominent location directly on the N34, Woonstaete is developing a new residential area that literally and figuratively forms the gateway to the city. The location is in a prominent spot and offers space for a special housing plan that fits in with the green and open landscape of Drenthe. Together with B+O Architectuur en Stedenbouw, Woonstaete is working on an urban development plan in which the residential buildings are positioned naturally across the site. This creates a playful and spacious layout, with a contemporary, almost landscape-like appearance. The further development will focus on achieving a careful balance between privacy, light, and views. As usual with Woonstaete, this project is also being developed according to our established standard: affordable, sustainable, and stylish living. In close consultation with the municipality, we are working on the further design of the plan, looking for a suitable mix of homes and target groups. The Woonstaete Woonvilla is a recognizable starting point, as a residential concept that combines affordability, comfort, and quality.
