Woonstaete

On the edge of the center of Aalten, at the intersection of Nijverheidsweg and Richterinkstraat, work is underway on the development of a new residential area where community and greenery come together. On the site where a thrift store still stands and the canopy of a former gas station evokes memories of the past, Woonstaete is working on the future. Here, we are developing an attractive and varied residential plan, inspired by the municipality's urban development plan, in which living around a central green square plays an important role. In close consultation with the municipality, we are working on a design that fits in with the surroundings and offers space for different housing needs. The Woonstaete Woonvilla is a recognizable part of the plan, as a housing concept that combines affordability, comfort, and quality. As you have come to expect from Woonstaete, in Aalten we are also combining stylish living with a future-proof character, with an eye for people, the environment, and cohesion. That is Woonstaete.
