Woonstaete

Located in Southwest Friesland, close to the beautiful IJsselmeer lake, lies the village of Bakhuizen. In this authentic village, which was first mentioned around 1200, historic homes and contemporary new builds come together in a serene way. Woonstaete is working here on the realization of a small-scale residential project, consisting of eight back-to-back houses and one semi-detached house. The plan is in keeping with the scale and character of the village and has been carefully integrated into the existing environment. The different types of houses together create a varied and balanced residential image, suitable for a wide range of housing needs.
