In Sittard Geleen, Woonstaete will build a new Woonstaete Woonvilla next year. The probable start of construction will be March/April 2022. This will be a luxury residential villa with 12 apartments. In terms of appearance, this residential villa will be a more modern version of the residential villas realized in Meppel last fall. The Woonvilla will be executed in a combination of mineral stone strips and white stucco.Previously, Woonstaete realized two Woonstaete Woon Villas in the municipality of Sittard Geleen. These were completed in 2018 and were the first project built by Woonstaete in the Netherlands.
