First Residential Villa Studios

In Brummen (Gelderland), Woonstaete is building the first Woonvilla Studio variant in 2022. In the heart of the village, a Woonstaete Woonvilla will be realized with 24 independent studios, each with its own kitchen and sanitary facilities.

This studio version will have a slightly different appearance than the Woon Villas built to date; instead of three equal storeys, this variant will have two storeys and a roof, with which the Woonstaete Woonvilla in Brummen fits perfectly into its surroundings. Construction of the first Woonstaete Woonvilla Studio is scheduled to start in August/September 2022.

Steel frame structures: more durable and cheaper
