In 2014, he started his own company SYNT management & maintenance, aiming to take care of private and corporate real estate. After several successful years, Pieter discovered his love for the real estate profession and started as Junior real estate advisor at Thoma Post Makelaars in Eastern Netherlands. After this wonderful period he started working as a real estate advisor at AC-Niellsen Limited, where he was responsible for the leasing of existing real estate portfolios. From the position at AC-Niellsen Limited Pieter came in contact with the founders of WeHaveAnySpace (an online platform for supply and demand in offices), where he started working as Senior real estate advisor, responsible for office rentals in the Greater Amsterdam area.
Pieter joined Spring Real Estate Amsterdam in December 2019 as Senior Real Estate Advisor, where he has been responsible for Aanhuur & Verhuur in the Amsterdam real estate team. At the end of 2023, he started in the family business and it was jointly decided to further expand and develop the various enterprises into a successful formula in the real estate market. The enterprises currently under the family enterprise are Woonstaete, WS Vastgoed, Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling and WBS Real Estate.
In his spare time Pieter loves boating, winter sports and high intensity classes. Furthermore, you can regularly find him on one of Amsterdam's terraces in the sun with friends and family.
