The finishing work on the Woonstaete Woonvilla in Zutphen is in full swing! The building is firmly in place, finishing inside has started and the outside area is also starting to look beautiful. In short, everything indicates that we are nicely on track towards the completion we are so looking forward to!

On May 14, together with the municipality of Aalten, Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling and B+O architects, we organized an information evening about the proposed development of approximately 64 homes in the village. Local residents, interested parties and potential residents came to the meeting in large numbers. The discussions were substantive, open and constructive — exactly the way we like to see it.

June 2025

June is a month that we look forward to with pleasure. Not only because nature around the residential projects we have completed turns a beautiful shade of green, but also because in June every year the PROVADA takes place in the RAI in Amsterdam.
