New step in Warmenhuizen: 40 sustainable homes on Dergmeerweg

In Warmenhuizen, together with the municipality, we are taking an important step toward more affordable and sustainable housing. On the Dergmeerweg, Woonstaete is building two residential villas with a total of 40 apartments: 32 social rental apartments and 8 mid-rent apartments.

Aalten project gets attention in municipal publication

In Aalten, we are working on something new - and it is not going unnoticed. On Nijverheidsweg, together with Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling and the municipality of Aalten, we are developing a green, varied residential neighborhood with 64 sustainable homes and apartments. The plan provides housing for starters, families and seniors, and is being realized on the site of a former retail and business location.

The urgency of affordable housing has once again been highlighted. An article by De Stentor this week discussed the shortage of affordable housing in Zutphen. The city is now struggling with a task of about 1,200 housing units. The article mentioned our Woonvilla Zutphen as a recent example of social housing that is being realized.
