After his HBO education, Erwin gained experience in various sectors, including the construction industry, where he was involved in the interpretation and implementation of the organization's chosen direction as a final financial manager. In 2012 Erwin founded his own company, 2CTRL interim management and consultancy, from which he uses his expertise to assist companies in achieving their (financial) objectives. From early 2024, he will be involved in the WS Group from 2CTRL as financial director.
In his free time, Erwin is active with soccer and squash and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
