Steel frame construction means building with prefabricated elements for floors, walls, facades and roofs. The basis of these prefabricated elements is a framework of thin and strong steel profiles; which are constructed in the factory under manageable conditions. Also, in this factory, various parts of the steel are covered with sheet and insulation material. These insulation materials ensure that the elements meet all requirements in terms of fire, noise and energy savings. Even window frames, possibly glazed, are already installed in the elements at the factory itself. As are the first layers of roofing. The precast elements made in the factory of M-Frame (DNN group) can be made floor-high, house-wide and house-deep, depending on its transport possibilities and destination. This also applies to special elements, as for example a balcony.
The building walls will be constructed as acoustically separated residential walls. These double decoupled building walls between the dwellings, provide high sound insulation. The floors separating the houses are constructed as steel frame construction floors, equipped with a free-bearing ceiling at the bottom and a directly finished concrete shell with underfloor heating at the top. In this manner, not only a pleasant indoor environment is created, but also all sound insulation requirements are met.
