Woonstaete in Geleen completed

Choosing the right foundation is essential for the stability and durability of the Woonvilla, which is why at Woonstaete we pay a lot of attention to this process. The foundation is not only the foundation of the Woonvilla, but also the basis for our most important Woonstaete value: affordable, sustainable and stylish living. In this article we take you through the foundation process of the Woonvilla Zutphen, which is currently under construction. It's official! Thanks to fine cooperation with the Municipality of Zutphen, the permit application for the Woonstaete Woonvilla is complete. The first shovel went into the ground in early September, marking the start of the realization of this beautiful new Woonvilla. The 24 studios are expected to be completed in March 2025 and soon after that the future residents can move in.
